This station uses an industrial-grade optical fiber end-face observer to test the quality of students' optical fiber end-face preparation, and at the same time facilitate students to further understand the optical fiber structure.

Training Content

Learn the structure and use of fiber end-face observer;

Learn the craft of manual fine polishing and conduct practical training;

Learn the fiber end face inspection process and conduct practical training;

Practical training on measuring the numerical aperture of optical fibers;

Learn the impact of stress on the quality of optical fiber output spots, and use tooling for inspection training.
