This station mainly combines high-precision instruments such as microscopes to allow students to complete processes such as device dispensing, curing, and welding inspection to improve students' ability to operate precision devices.

Training Content

Learn the dispensing and curing process of optical devices and conduct practical training operations;

Complete the optical device wiping, assembly, and dispensing training of optical fiber coupling devices according to the assembly drawing;

After the laser adhesive is cured, microscopic inspection is performed on the degree of glue curing, amount of glue, etc.;

Learn the high-temperature curing process of devices and conduct practical training;

After laser welding, conduct microscopic inspection of the welding position, solder joint quality, etc.
