Introduction

Coupling is the most important link in the production process of semiconductor lasers and other products. It not only affects the light energy and mode of the laser, but also affects the service life of the laser. This station trains students to operate a multi-dimensional adjustment stand to change the relative position of the laser tube core and optical fiber to achieve maximum transmission of beam energy and optimal spot quality.

Training Content

Learn the functions, parameters, operation methods and precautions of each component of the coupling platform;

Learn the operating process and precautions of fiber coupling, and conduct fiber coupling training;

Perform spot quality and power detection on the coupled devices according to the requirement of the components.
