Introduction
Fluorescence is not only used for lighting, but is also widely used in various other fields, such as biochemistry and medicine, printing anti-counterfeiting technology, gems and mineralogy, etc. In particular, as an application of chemometrics, fluorescence photometry has its own unique characteristics and advantages compared to UV-visible absorption photometry. This station will introduce the principles and applications of fluorescence phenomena through practical operations, especially the construction and use of a fluorescence photometer.
