SUMMARY
The XOP-1208 standard mirror is designed for specular reflection. It is covered with a fused silica coating, providing high resistance to oxidation. The XOP-1208 mirror exhibits reflectance of approximately 85%-90% in the range of 250-800nm, and approximately 85%-98% in the range of 800-2500nm. It is suitable for measuring the reflectance of various materials, including lenses, photosensitive bottom layers, photo-coating, machined metal, and semiconductor materials. It can also be used as a reference for objects with high specular reflectance.
FEATURE
High reflectivity surface
~85% - 90% reflectivity at 250nm - 800nm; ~85% - 98% reflectivity at 800-2500nm
APPLICTIONS
Can be used to measure the reflectance of materials such as lenses, photographic substrates, light coatings, machined metals and semiconductor materials, or other objects with surfaces having high specular reflectance values for reference.
Mirror surface with protective film
The aluminum mirror surface is specularly reflective, and the fused silica coating on the mirror surface prevents oxidation of the aluminum mirror surface.
NOTE
This specular reflectance standard plate can be used when setting a high reflectance reference. The surface of the standard plate is protected by a layer of fused silica coating, and care must be taken to ensure that the surface of the standard plate is not damaged. Do not touch the surface with your hands or objects to avoid contamination and damage. When cleaning the surface, it is recommended to blow off the dirt and dust from the surface with high pressure gas, and then remove fingerprints and fixed residues from the surface with the traction cleaning method. Traction cleaning method is to use the lens paper with acetone or alcohol slowly pulled across the surface of the lens. Then one way in the mirror dragging, after natural drying can be. Generally do not need to wipe. The solvent evaporates evenly and does not leave a drag or stain on the surface of the lens.
