Overview
This experiment is to learn the knowledge points of Ohm's law, voltammetric characteristics, static resistance, dynamic resistance, nonlinear components, the working principle of diodes and forward conducting characteristics, reverse breakdown characteristics, voltage regulation characteristics, etc. This experimental device can complete the basic content, upgrade content, advanced content and advanced content of the experiment of voltammetric characteristics of nonlinear components to achieve hierarchical teaching.
Experimental content
1)Basic content
Master the experimental measurement method of static resistance and dynamic resistance, design the experimental circuit, choose a reasonable meter (sensor) connection, and measure the volt-ampere characteristic curve of a light bulb.
(2) enhance the content
Master the working principle of diodes, design a circuit to measure the forward volt-ampere characteristic curve of light-emitting diodes.
Measure the forward threshold voltage of a light-emitting diode and estimate the wavelength of light emission.
3)Advanced content
Measure the volt-ampere characteristic curves of switching diodes, avalanche diodes, Schottky diodes, and voltage regulator diodes. Find out the static resistance and dynamic resistance, analyze the unidirectional conductive characteristics and voltage regulation characteristics of the voltage regulator diode.

Combine with engineering technology to study the application of diodes, such as: rectifier, voltage regulator, photoelectric gate, etc.
