SUMMARY
The YGP-6218 temperature sensor calibration and application experiment is an experiment to explore the quantitative relationship between the electrical characteristics and temperature of temperature sensors. A temperature sensor is a device used to measure temperature. It usually consists of thermistors, thermocouples, IC temperature sensors and resistance temperature detectors. These sensors measure temperature by the fact that the electrical resistance or physical properties of various materials change with temperature. The temperature calibration experimental device mainly includes: temperature control power supply, heating well, 8 different temperature sensor probes, and adjustable constant voltage and current. Through the construction of the modular experimental device in this experiment, students can intuitively observe the changes of temperature sensors with temperature, measure the temperature characteristics of commonly used temperature sensors, and understand their working principles. It can be expanded with wireless sensors and data analysis software to upgrade to digital experiments to collect and analyze experimental data in real time. Students can master the calibration method of temperature sensors through experimental construction. The experimental kit also provides corresponding circuit modules. Students can make a simple digital thermometer by hand, making the experiment more interesting. Through this experiment, students can have a deep understanding of the principles and usage of temperature sensors.
