SUMMARY

The YME-2064 cuvette holder is a device used for securing cuvettes with different light ranges. By coupling the fiber optic spectrometer and light source through the SMA905 connector, it can create a miniaturized spectroscopy system for measuring transmittance and absorbance of various liquid samples. An optional black anodized aluminum cover can be added to shield ambient light and to cut off the optical path when collecting dark backgrounds. The cuvette holders come in two types, straight-through cuvette holders and four-channel cuvette holders, each with different features. Straight-through cuvette holders are used for absorbance and concentration measurements of liquids, and transmission measurements of liquids. There are two versions available, one with a light-blocking slot for dark spectrum measurement and the other with a tight-fitting design for consistent cuvette placement. The four-pass cuvette holder is designed with a tight-fitting device and a filter slit for effective fluorescence measurements when using high-pass filters. The YME-2064 cuvette holder is widely used for measuring sample transmissivity, concentration, and absorbance.
