Introduction
The YPM-8201-02 is a handheld optical power meter with excellent performance, providing an ideal choice for optical power measurement: high accuracy, easy operation and reliability. The meter has a moderate form factor, a 4-inch LCD display, three power supply options: adapter, USB and rechargeable battery, digital high speed HD display, digital filtering and real-time display of power value, minimum, maximum and average values. The meter communicates with the photoelectric detector and integrating sphere detector through digital transmission to ensure the accuracy of the data. And it can be connected to computer through USB interface and display test data through YSW-5002 optical power measurement software, which supports up to four channels of data acquisition at the same time, displaying maximum and minimum power values, average value, standard deviation and PTP , and can do storage or import analysis of data, which is convenient for users.
Cross-border design: suitable for portable and desktop use
The handheld design can store over 10,000 sets of data in a single unit and allows three power supply modes: built-in battery, USB and external adapter, making it ideal for engineers to carry around.
Compatible with digital and analog type detectors
To take into account the characteristics of both strong and weak signal probes, the meter head is compatible with both digital communication and analog communication type probes.
Professional monitoring and data analysis
The meter can not only display the current measurement value in real time, but also do statistical processing of the power value during the phase time, and calculate the minimum, maximum and average values.
Secondary development
It is possible to do secondary development or integration via USB or RS232 interface, or to monitor the power value through the type-C interface with 0-2.5V output voltage.
Applications
Laser power measurement and monitoring.
Measurement of optical loss of optical fiber, optical cable and various passive optical devices.
Line construction and maintenance of communication projects (such as local area networks, cable and long distance lines).
Research and testing of fiber optic cables, optical communication equipment, active and passive optical devices.
Measurement of the power density of ultraviolet radiation energy in the sun.
