SUMMARY
The experimental setup is a modular set of spectrophotometer, consisting of main light source, spectrometer, optical fiber and cuvette cell. Depending on the selected configuration, the measurement of transmittance, absorbance and concentration of liquid samples in the wavelength range of 200-1100 nm can be achieved.
PRINCIPLE
The concentration measurement module can measure the concentration of a liquid sample by using Lambert-Bier's law, or it can measure the concentration of a sample by measuring the absorbance of a liquid sample of known concentration and establishing a function model.
