Introduction
As the last station of the product, the main purpose of product temperature testing is to test the stability and service life of the product in simulated extreme use environments. This station uses industrial-grade high and low temperature impact testing instruments to simulate extreme temperatures, allowing students to compare products before and after temperature testing and understand the requirements for qualified industrial products.
Training Content
Learn industry aging experiment standards;
Use a high-temperature oven to complete the industry standard temperature test of the device and record the data;
Learn the use of high and low temperature impact test chambers and parameter programming methods, and conduct programming training according to device requirements;
Use high and low temperature shock chambers to complete the industry standard temperature test of the device and record the data;
Compare the device parameters before and after the impact, and analyze and improve them.
