Introduction

Final inspection is to check various functional indicators of the products that are about to leave the factory, and is a necessary link in the actual production process. This station allows students to use a semiconductor laser tester to measure the power, threshold current, operating voltage and other parameters of the prepared semiconductor laser, generate a data report, and evaluate the reliability of the device.


Training Content

Learn the final inspection process of optical fiber coupling devices;

Test the power, current and voltage values of fiber-coupled semiconductor lasers and fill out the inspection report;

Measure the detector characteristic parameters and fill in the inspection report;

Learn the structure, function, and operating instructions of semiconductor laser testers;

Use a semiconductor laser tester to test the P-I-V curve, threshold current, slope efficiency, series resistance, center wavelength, spectral width and other parameters of the semiconductor laser, and generate an inspection report;

Learn the transportation and packaging precautions for semiconductor coupling devices and conduct packaging training.
